the journal is an attempt to capture feeling and thought as complex as they come to me. ideas are conveyed through aesthetically bound posts and pages in my physical journal, supplemented with mixed media. photos, music, video, and text serve to expand the in-the-moment journal entries into standalone pieces of their own merit.
